This syndrome is familiar to most of our Russians. Fatigue, as such, in our life is ordinary, which disappears without a trace after a good rest and chronic. Chronic fatigue occurs when a person has exhausted all of its internal reserves, which include intellectual, physical, emotional and nervous.
Such fatigue in a person does not accumulate simultaneously, it accumulates for a long time and then becomes depressed. Even if a person had a good rest, experienced some positive emotions, then chronic fatigue still did not go anywhere, but simply receded for a short time, then to reappear with him. Is it possible to find out about the appearance of chronic fatigue in a particular person? Yes you can.
If you feel any kind of malaise for at least six months, then you probably have signs of chronic fatigue and it’s time to start treating it. You should start your treatment with a change in your lifestyle. After all, it is no secret that such chronic fatigue usually haunts precisely those people who are busy with their own career at work or just fixated on it. Try to learn in order to get rid of internal tension and take all measures to constant readiness to work on yourself. You can even be lazy temporarily and even relax for a while. Take your vacation at work, even if it wasn’t on schedule yet at that time. Try to persuade your boss and give your reasons for maintaining your health. Allow at least 8 hours of sleep and do not forget about daylight hours. A short nap helps a lot in treating chronic fatigue. Now you can move on to hard, but necessary and useful work for you. Be it chopping firewood in the village of your grandmother or moving logs for the construction of his dacha. From such work, your body will receive a pleasant, but necessary fatigue from physical work. Before going to bed, do walking, in which your body produces the so-called pleasure hormone called endoferin. The reward for you will be the absence of depression and unmotivated excitability.
