What is dangerous Botox

All women dream of staying young and attractive as long as possible, however, on the way to their dream, they enter into an unequal battle with wrinkles. Than just not trying to smooth out their women, more and more recently, resorting to Botox. Few people know that the neurotoxin hiding behind it causes botulism. As soon as it enters the muscle, transmission of nerve impulses ceases.

Initially, the drug was discovered in America and was intended to treat strabismus.

Later, Botox began to be used in medicine for the removal of muscle cramps.
Botox injections have been used as anti-aging procedures since 1980, in Russia it was started to be used in cosmetology in 1994.

Botox helps to remove only small wrinkles around the eyes, mouth and forehead, but it is not able to cope with deep wrinkles.

After injections, you can safely go to work. However, for the best result, 4 hours after the injections sit or stand upright, and on the first day – strain the muscles responsible for facial expressions.

The procedure takes about 5 minutes, the patient is in a reclining position, the drug is administered, after which ice is applied to the skin for 10 – 15 minutes. For owners of sensitive skin, anesthesia is provided with a special cream.

Further, muscle “paralysis” sets in – the supply of nerve signals stops. The effect that occurs after the procedure on the 5-7th day is limited to approximately 4-6 months, and in some cases even less. If the procedure is repeated continuously, then muscles can atrophy over time.

There is a lot of information about Botox that is not widely advertised, but you still need to know about it. Each new session is carried out with an increasing dosage of the drug. Many patients who go through 8 to 10 procedures lose their sensitivity. Complications are rare but possible.

It is worth remembering that almost everything depends on the specialist chosen by himself and on his knowledge and experience. However, even with the right injections, there can be problems.

The list of side effects from the introduction of Botox is quite large, here is a small part: headache, respiratory infection, swelling of the eyelids, allergies, etc.

For many years, Botox was believed to be safe. But Italian scientists have proved that the drug is not completely excreted from the body. A ban on Botox has not been introduced, but thorough research has begun.

It is worth thinking carefully before you decide or abandon the idea of rejuvenating Botox. You can become more beautiful and younger, or with constant use you can turn into another doll with a porcelain face.
