How to cure a sore throat
Angina is a common disease that is caused by an infection. More often than others, those who like to indulge in ice cream or who prefer to drink chilled drinks are at risk of angina. The low temperature of products entering the body helps to reduce immunity and creates an ideal environment for the development of infection. As a result, a person develops a sore throat, which, as a rule, is accompanied by sore throat, fever, general weakness.
Most often, this infection affects children in early or adolescence.
However, adults are not immune from this ailment, especially when their body is weakened by improper diet or medication.
If the disease proceeds in a mild form, then you can try to cope with angina on your own with alternative methods. In this case, to protect surrounding people from infection, it is advisable for the patient to provide a separate room and utensils, and when communicating with the patient it is recommended to use gauze dressings.
Any plentiful warm drink will be very useful, but hot and cold drinks are harmful, as they can irritate an already sore throat. An ideal drink for angina is a regular kissel, which with the help of its enveloping properties relieves inflammation and also soothes pain. Frequent gargling with decoctions of oak bark, sage or chamomile is a mandatory procedure for angina, which any doctor will advise.
As a rule, angina is accompanied by a sufficiently high temperature, which does not decrease for about a week. If the thermometer readings are less than 39 degrees, then you should not bring down the temperature, if it is higher, you can take nurofen or other drugs that lower the temperature.
If there is doubt that the patient has precisely a sore throat, the condition does not improve, and the temperature does not drop, then specialist advice cannot be dispensed with.
